Ah! Sunday

I’m relaxing and watching a 24 marathon today. I need to work on my Mom’s quilt. The thing is finished all but for the binding. If I can get that sewn down then I can get it in the mail. I have given myself a deadline of Friday (my day off to celebrate my B-day!). Hopefully, I will get at least 1/3 of the remainder finished tonight. This is not an insubstatial amount, as the thing is freakin’ gigantic. I made it for my parents’ queen-sized bed, and it’s big even for that.

Off to sew until my fingers are sore. Or more sore than they already are from the sweater I’m working on. I can see why people find stockinette so easy. I don’t even have to look at it to knit anymore.
